yes but stevens pass has this miraculous ability to botch things, you know, because we had a base of over 100 inches for like the past three months but it took like all 3 months to get to where we are at (not to mention we've be open for almost 5 months), and the mountain will be open for just 2 and a half weeks. cool, eh?
the jumps are really nice, beefed em up a little bit for the superpark qualifier today, but the hips are death...to answer your question kohl, the hip is bad because there are like rollers in the landing, fat rollers. its fun if you go like 10 ft, but any futher and you die
The hips at stevens are so hard... I nearly broke myself landing on that icy shit. I didnt have enough balls to straight-hit the top one, so i went off to the left, as to get more distance (dunno what i was thinking), but ow. ow. ow. Fix those things dammit!!
