i was there watching, im too old to run now. my cousin got 14th. I ran last year, we won the title South Peace repressent.

haha yea it sucked cause the course was all muddy and i like died the last loop cause i fell like 3 times and got trampled on, the gully is so killer...

thats rough man, how did you place? And did you race last year, this course was pluffy compaired to Jericho mud, no lie there was puddles almost up to my kneeslast year, now that was x-country too bad i ran like ass

a couple of my friends went to OFSAA (Ontario xc running provincals) they come in pretty good places

yea exactly so the better you are at running the better it will help you in other sports. Most of the top athletes are top runners, (football, hockey, soccer....)

hahaaha that's crazy so some newschoolers were actually running at the same time as me last year at Jericho. That race was fun in that crazy mud, this year i was supposed to be there but went to the opening day of Whistler instead, so we didn't even have 5 people on our team and a ranking.

it was highschool, i dont know my 5km timebut I do the 6km in about 21 minutes, actually I did the 5km once i think my time was 17:17 i think cant rember
