Replying to Is this illegal?

SchweitzerSki:
ok so my friends roommate thought it would be a good idea to put me on their family plan for verizon. it was all under her name so basically she put a lot of trust into me paying the bill. so i payed it on time every month and then her and her roommate(my friend) got in a huge fight and she decides that i am not worthy to be on her stupid plan. of course i don't have a co-signer or 300 dollars to give to the verizon people for a deposit for my own plan. so this girl takes me off the plan and puts me on my own plan. now wouldn't sha have to have my name and address for that? and isn't that illegal to do that without someone's consent? it pisses me off because i didn't want them to have any of my information and she gave it to them. i think i should sue her and verizon, but i don't know. what should i do?
