Yeah, I already have a skimboard. Its raining though. Plus the water has been freezing latly, and I got my board from Nauset SPorts..

yeah the water is kinda cold. welcome to massachusetts. its right around 60 here in marshfield/scituate. is nauset on the warm side of the cape or the cool side?

yeah i was in the water in april, but i was skimboarding so i didnt really go under. it was cold and rainy though and peopel were out with jackets and stuff watching us.

If you want to talk about retarded water temps, my buddies and I jumped in Tahoe in the end of March. It was like 40 degrees.

I've never done it, but here in Milwaukee on January 1st, they do a run into Lake Michigan. This year they had to cut an area out of the ice for them to run into. That would be some freezing water.

ya, i think they have the same thing in Toronto too, it's called the polar bear dip or something like that. I'd never jump into the great lakes on Jan. 1st.

yeah its called polar bear something. I thought they did it all over the place. People were swimming laps in the water in WI at the polar bear thing, that would be freezing.
