I feel sorry for everyone at the back of the lineup in the morning, 4000 people apparantly. I got there at 7, wasnt too bad. My buddy who got there at 8:30 loaded 1.5 hours after me.
yeah one of us was standing in the line for the wizard while we were buying lift tickets, took about 40min in total. Line up at the solar coaster was huge too, but then a lot of people were on the catskinner, so Jersey Cream was good and not too big for almost the rest of the day, I skied some wicked deep stuff today, i had an old pair of 1080's so rocks didn't matter at all...
Duude last year at the end of the year alyeska started to put on some used bubbles they got from VAIL...with the old stickers still on. I dont know how many they got but in may they had like 4.
there both amazing but on a big powder day i would want to hit up 7th heaven first and spanky's ladder (if it was clear) but if we had another pow day the day after that.. i would take the peak go skiers left and traverse really far, wait i shouldn't tell you this hahaha but if you are at whistler on a pow day make sure you hit up the harmony chair, so nice in the back near the flute bowl, but thatst just if its not all socked in with clouds (and it is usually socked in)
