broke both arms at the same time (try wiping ur ass), severe bruised back(couldnt walk for a week), broken wrist and stitchs in my knee.

last year: got a severe concussion, had to get medaflighted. was losing blood pressure, and forget alot of things.
broke my wrist, tore some muscle in my neck, and also dislocated my elbow, and badly sprained my ankle twice.
Eat. Sleep. Breathe. Ski.

Bad, bad landing. Whiplash, ripped all of my neck muscles(from fuckin up an invert, yup i'm a pretty bad skier), but managed to rebound(somehow), and ski down, before i collapsed and became uncouncious with pain.
-this comin from the guy that backseated a safety once.

I got 10 stitches last weekend from some dumbshit's run-away snowboard. Fucker came down behind me and sliced through my pants and left a nice gash in my leg. You ever seen how blood spreads when it hits snow? You would have thought I had been decapitated. I kept the fucking board and skied down to the aid station. If anyone lost a 157 K2 Zeppelin in Hintertux Austria last weekend or just wants one, I'll give it up cheap. I got no use for it.
--But as the technology to build highways and telephones has crept north of the American border, so too have illicit gambling, crack-whores and Shopping Cart abuse gangs.

Many sprained thumbs. Shin Splints (not mild shin bang but actuall micro-cracks in the shin-bone, couldn't ski for two weeks and walking hurt) Also Shin-Bang. Micro-Cracks in the left heel-bone, soo painful, overshooting a 40 ft table by 25 feet. Also i mild concussion.

I broke my thumb and hand in practice of a Big Air comp and still competed and won, but i couldnt shake the guys hand to get my trophey. Then a month an a half after that when I was still wearing a splint on my hand i was in breckeridge and broke a rib on a rail. I then broke my sternum at camp this summer. That was the most painful injury I have ever had skiing.

yep ive realized thumbs are bitches as i severely fractured my right one needing surgery and pins and shit... it blows, other than that tho ive been pretty lucky, a lot of bruses, shin bang and sore asses

yeah, Becca, i dont agree with your post- skiing is so unpredictable at times, snow conditions can change just like that, and you can end up getting into a situation that is unavoidable- what about avalanches. you may not plan on one, but if it happens and you get injured, you cant so much help that. as for me, i've gotten some bruises on my face from bashing my knee into my face when i land on the flats off of a cliff drop. i've screwed up some ligaments in my foot and lower leg as well.

oh god...i'm like a walking accident. once when I tried snowboarding, I fell and broke my wrist and tailbone. last season i broke 3 ribs and had internal bleeding. this season, big charlie horse that's as hard as hell, and a big concussion...and thats all i can remember that i did

broke all 4 fingers when i was first learning, and didnt let go of a safety, slashed up my rear with bindings/shrap skies, and lots of bruses, and i think im jibbing on a torn ligiment or a slightly fractyred leg ( but i dont know, havent had time to head to the hospital....2buisy skiing)
