wouldn't he notice the glue before sitting down? i know i check public toilet seats. secondly, even if he didnt see it, he surely should have felt it as he sat down, and should have stood immediatly, giving it no time to bond to him. that seems like common sense, or better yet, a natural reaction to me.

and whether he wins the lawsuit or not, he's still a tool.
