How much trouble am I in

I just got suspended for continued harrasment, and death threats. I wrote the death threats in note form, but i was joking at the time under the name "ninja o shawnessy" This kids parents have been known to sue atnd take shit to court. I was sincerly joking but obviosly no one cares. i wrote stuff like "my wrath will come across your soul like the power of nun chucks, prepare to die" how much shit am i in

But seriously, apologize, say that you were just trying to get a laugh out of the kid, and that you realize it was a stupid and inappropriate thing to do. That's all you can do.
