yea, i'm pretty short...about 5'6.

I havent maxed much since i hit Clutch, but i have examples of me hitting 405 on DLs for sets of 10. Another 2 plates for a single isnt too difficult.
And trust me, I have over 100+ pages of journals, I dont think Id bullshit about my workouts for 3+ years
