post the picture in Picture section then post the link of the image like this : [img] link [/img]

even though im not the best at it, use your mouse and move to "The Site" drop down menu in the mid left top part of your screen, and go down to FAQ which is Frequently Asked Questions scroll down and you will see how to.

you need to post the pic somewhere online then link to in witht the [img]link[/img] format

[IMG] then in this space make sure the image is on a LIVE website and ends it .jpg or something (copy image location in firefox) then [/IMG]
