1)get some good pressure trated 2x4s and 2x3s the ammount is depending on the ammount of rail there is
Basically set it up like a rail use 2x4s for legs and a 2x3 for the top where your gonna lay
screw the 2x4s into the 2x3 trough the bottom so the 2x3 so it looks like a rail
now for the rail get an I beam you can find them at home depot somtimes otherwise you have to go to a building supply warehouse
drill holes through the I beam on the bottom plate and them screw it into the 2x3
(usually i grind the top on the rail down so you glide smoother

If your still in high school and your school offers a metal shop class take it and build rails. My shop teacher was the man and he will let me come in and use the shop whenever even though im not in HS any more.
I'm using 1x1in steel for structural support (64ft at $.79 a foot)as for coping I’m using 2in circular tubing (34 feet at estimated $1.50 a foot) and my resort is going to pick up the surfacing costs.
