Here's the timeline of my experiance with Cupolo's
October 2nd: Ordered bindings.
October 3rd: They charge my credit card. (You are not supposed to charge the card until you ship the product). I receive my receipt in my E-mail, but the Shipping Tracking # is missing.
October 4th: Call Cupolo's to try and get my tracking #. They tell me that they've shipped the bindings and not to worry about tracking because the bindings will probably be delivered in a few days.
October 7th: Still no bindings, I get concerned, so I send an E-Mail asking for my Tracking #, and wondering why shipping is taking so long, since the DHL website says shipping to my house takes and estimate of: 2 days.
October 11th: I get this E-Mail from Cupolo's:
"Thank you for your order. Your order is packed and will be shipped on October 13th, we will be e-mailing DHL tracking numbers to you on the 14th. Sorry for the delay in getting your order out to you."
Weird, considering they told me on the 4th that they had already shipped.
October 14th: No sight of the Tracking # they promised by today.
October 15th: No Tracking #.
October 16th: No Tracking #. I call them. They say that DHL didn't give them a tracking number, but the bindings have shipped, and I should have them on Wed. the 19th.
October 19th: No bindings.
October 20th: No bindings. They aren't answering phones.
October 21st: No bindings. They aren't answering phones. I put in a claim with American Express, telling them I never received my product, and basically got ripped off. American Express will proceed to investigate.
10 days later...
October 31st: My bindings arrive. Finally. They shipping date on the sticker says October 23rd. 22 days after my order... 2 days after they were threatened with legal action. They blatently lied to me at least twice about my bindings having already been shipped.
This business is real shady. Never do business with them, and tell your friends not to.
I'm lucky I got my bindings at all.

I know their repuation, but I've ordered two pairs of skis and bindings from them and they always arrived in around a week. Sometimes shady, but they do have some ridiculous prices. If you can, your best bet is to actually go to the store.

Hey guys, I have purchased a lot from Cupolos but all of my experiences have been in person. They have always been good to me and as a matter of fack I think I am going to start working for them at one of there other shops. If I can do anything to improve this I certainly will.

It took my bindings about a month as well to get from Cupolos to CO. They are located in Canada...but they still should be faster.
All times are Eastern (-5)
