It is an OEM. I installed it on an old server but I don't need it anymore. It works great but I don't have the money ot pay for $250 a month T1 to host sites. It can be used for other things. I don't have pictures but it is brand new. I just used it to install onto the server nothing else. I paid $400 for it but am willing to sell lower.

you cant do that man... read the laws taht you signed up for when you clicked "OK, i have read the terms and agreement"
this is an illegal sale and if microsoft catches it, they will sue your ass.
just a heads up, i would not try this.
