Replying to Is Helly Hansen stuff good?

I need to gt some new pants this year. I was looking at The Helly Hansen Infantry pants which look pretty sick. But my only concern is that their waterproof rating for the Helly Tech XP isn't that high (10,00mm) compared to some other pants in the same price range. The Burton sheild pants which sell for $220 have 30,000mm rating for only $20 more than the Helly Hansen pants. I've had good luck with Burton stuff in the past but I wanted to try a different brand this year. Also I've heard people say that with Helly stuff eventhough the rating isn't that high their stuff actually performs better than other brands with high mm ratings. So anyone who has had Hally stuff in the past what has been your expereince? Is their stuff worth the money?
