it looks to me like a plain piece of glass that has the back painted with a solution of ammonia, pure nitrate of silver, and rochelle salts.

it looks like a piece of glass that reflects back the light it recieves and produces an image on its surface (produces an image in our eyes, not really on the surface)....or something like that, i kinda made that up. i like sean's explination too

A mirror is a window into our world. Just because you arent looking into the mirror doesnt mean it isnt still reflecting life. Inside the mirror is a living and breathing world. We are inside the mirror.
