allright, if someone buys skis through paypal how can they be sure the person will send off the skis?

No, I think that only comes when you use paypal through ebay.

You're pretty much not covered too much on private transactions, its more of a convenient money transfer.

haha i know man, kind of a sketchy concept but there are ways to file a claim through paypal if you never get your stuff, my girlfreind did it and it took a while but she got her money back, im in the process of doing it now too, i got fuckd on some brakes i buaght for my car
