Changing pixel size of icon

i have an icon to use for this site by I cant change the pixel size to 50 by 50

and i am on mac.

photoshop. Maybe preview can do it. But I doubt it.

When i change the picture doesnt go smaller u only see like 50 by 50 pixels of the whole foto... How can u change like the whole picture to 50x50 pixels?

I go to http://pixoh.com/ to change the size of pictures because i dont have photoshop or anything. Its pretty sweet and you guys should definintely check it out.

you need to select the whole thing in paint then click and drag or scale it if its in photoshop or another program like that
