Replying to Why do people ski?

ive always wanted to know .... why do people ski? why dont they snowboard instead... or why dont they skiboard... why chose one over the other please enlighten me.. o h yeah please get the gehay cracks down to zero.. i already understand many of you are very narrow minded on other sports ... but please im not making fun of any sport i would just like to know wh y you got in to it and why you dont switch to a different sport? thank you
