Whos done it? Some of us are thinking about givin it a try this year, did you hike out around the mountain? back to the top? whats back there? gps/map a good idea? from some satalite photos it looks like theres a small stream whcih can be followed back around to the front, im just wondering how long it would take hiking it in snow depending on conditions, any input would be great.

Yea, I've done it, countless times. take timberline to the top, and hike to the right, and then across that little trail there for a while. You don't need a gps or map, but if you have a gps, no prob taking it with you. Set base lodge as a waypoint first. doesn't take that long to hike out. If you haven't skied out of bounds before, go all the way over to the right (facing down from the top) and hit the tree's over there, as well as the sizeable cliff that you have to hit if you ski at the loaf. If you want any info, PM me. and I might even see you up there. and might let you follow, if you can keep up that is.
