Tanner's worth the money?

ok, skis are a big investment, and this is the year i spend, but i'm torn. It's now between three different park skis: the tanner pro's, the invaders, or the fujatives.
i want a park ski that's light, soft and has lots of flex, but one that isn't a piece of crap anywhere but the park. The invaders are cool and cheap, but the fujative seems like alot more ski at the same price point. On the other hand, the tanners look like the softest, most park specific ski you can get, but are they really worth the extra 300 bucks?
I had the Public enemies last year, and they were beasts, but kind of heavy and it seemed like other skis would have performed better in the park. That's my reservation for not getting the fugatives. So point of the story, anyone ridden the tanner pros and are they 300 dollars better that the others?

i've ridden both the fujative and the thall pro. i liked the thall better for sure. everyone talks shit on how it can't ski out of the park, but in all honesty it isn't that bad. but for a ski you're gunna be beating the shit out of in the park, i don't think you wanna go the extra 300.

but now that i think about it, i guess i could get both of the other two skis for the same price as the th's ...one of the two has to be good, lol

i liked the thalls better, but i get mad deals on them so the extra 300 isn't an issue. you really can't go wrong tho, both are sick skis.

Everyone Ive ever talked to says the thalls are just plain floppy noodles. Definitely not good over the whole mountain. Definitely go for fujatives, considering this is the first year for the invader id wait to see if they are any good.

i work in a shop and often get asked my same ? here what i say
the invader is a great everyday ski and unless you charging reall hard in the park youd prolly never tell the difference
the fujiative is a great all aorund ski performs well in pipe and rest of prak and it fine outside of park
the thall is for someone wos gonna be in the park it can handle outside of park but if you care seriuosly aobut that its not the ski for you is it worth the extra 300 yes is ride 95% park

i think im leaning towards the invaders, it's got enough park specific stuff built into it to help me learn some stuff in the park, i don't ride the pipe really at all. i have big mountain skis anyway, so it might be dumb to have another all around pair in the fujatives, although i think it might be the best ski for the money out there.
the rounded edges underfoot on the TH's sound like a good idea though, and wicked looking flex, just a bit too much i guess since they'll be beat to shit after the season

Have you thought of the Liberty Choppers or stealths. They're so sick, And they have a three year warranty. They have tons of camber so at the end of a season they still have as much pop as the day you got them. Super light poplar core wrapped with fiberglass and a plate under foot to keep the bindings in there solid.

i'd say get the fujatives, probably the best of those three outside of the park

think about this man:
if the tanner halls are an extra 300...well why not get 2 pairs of skis, fujative and invaders or something like that. They both sell for 299 so instead of dropping and extra 300 on thalls, drop the extra 300 on another pair of sticks
easy eh

i'd say the invaders are more park specific than t-halls. i skied t-hall and fujative and they seemed very similar. the fujative flex was better for butters as it was easier to control and the flex seemed a bit nicer, but the t-halls were also sick. a tiny bit softer but not much. both were pretty much the same out of the park but neither are great. I loved both but fujatives are wayyy cheaper. Plus the new graphics are so sick.

if you are looking for a "park ski" but isn't gonna be complete crap everywhere else, i say for the money the best option is the fujative. there are many factors obviously that will go into your decision, like if you are an ex-racer etc, but i have tried bother the fujatives and the invaders and from my honest opinion the fujatives are a 10x better ski. the fuj's are wider underfoot to give you a more stable platform to land and ride on plus more stable in the pow. the fuj's also are good all mountain skis that are able to carve and ride like most other all mtn skis. honestly, when i rode the invaders outside the park, they sucked complete balls. the "butter zones" give the ski a wierd flex and when you are trying to carve a big turn, the skis kinda give out on you. but the invaders were real nice in the park and pipe. though you already said you had big mountain sticks, you never know what kind of ski conditions might come up and if you'd rather want a ski that can perform anywhere in case you didn't bring your big mountain sticks to the hill. honestly, both skis are very moderately priced but my opinion is that the fuj is a better choice and more bang for your buck. as for the t-halls, ive never riden em but i think they are kinda a gimmick and they are expensive as hell.

^ agreed. but t-halls, fujas, invaders all have these "butter zones" so none will be good out of park. but fujative is the fattest to probably the best in pow.
