i was not trying to explain why it is better, it was a question. If you want a reason, I am talking about how much more selection there is on the american site. The american version has almost as many T-Shirts as we do total freeskiing items.

yea the American site carrys ninthward and 4frnt, currently the Canadian site has nothing compared to the American version, but people from Canada are able to order from the American site, they just have to pay shipping and any custom charges. But i agree, D-Structure is a Canadian store, i dont see why i have to order stuff from there American site and pay all these extra charges.......

Considering the entire population of canada isn't too much more than the population of new york, there tends to be more business inthe states.
You guys just have a hell of a lot more money than us. :)

^ ahaha yeah we have two shops, but they are FAR from where i live dude. Thats like telling some guy from colorado that he should be happy that there are two stores in the states and they are both in New Hampshire. And even calling them does not mean you can just order anything they have on the american website, i have already tried that.
Anyways, im not trying to bitch them out i have bought loads of stuff from them, its just annoying cause then I gotta go elsewhere when I would glady give them my business.
Again, I'm just confused why a CANADIAN company seems to offer so much more to americans. I understand the business standpoint and how there are more americans than canadians, but still at least OFFER the stuff to canadians somehow.

It might be due to distribution blackouts imposed by companies. For instance mountain equipment co-op was not able to ship certain skis into the US from Canada last year because the prices where lower than what US stores could offer at the retail level. So the stores go to the company and explain why it's unfair and then the company says ok we are only able to keep offering you our product if you follow our rules. OR.... maybe they just haven't updated the site yet completely and it's just more important to update the US site because they sell more stuff there.

the stuff in canada was way too expensive, a one day camp was like 500 bucks
All times are Eastern (-5)
