build a rectangle outta 2x4, screw the plywood to that, screw the lexan or w/e your using to the plywood, prop it up by other 2x4s

yea, obviosly counter sink it, you might be able to get away with driving the screws in deep but cleaner to counter sink.. as wide as you want man... there is no set height

yea counter sink would be a good idea for the top sheeting. but not neccesary.

I found like 4x5ft sheets that were like 1/8-1/4in thick for like $8. Is it too thin? How thick do yall have your's?
