Replying to Weirdness

I just remounted a pair of STLs to the center point and at first i thought the shop messed it up but in fact, the boot sole lines up like it should.. however, there is about 1.5 inches more tail (from the heel piece to the tail) than than that is tip (from the toe piece to the tip). Personally i'm not crazy about trying these out so i guess my question to you guys is first did anybody else have this problem and do you think its better to have 3 sets of holes and move them back a little bit or shouldi leave them as it is.
