it killed me seeing how when i was living in toronto and just across the lake from me in buffalo kids were getting off school because 4 inches of snow fell. meanwhile if toronto got 2 feet we would have to be there in class on the dot at 9am. fucking bullshit. thank god im in university and i can choose my own days off.
i think part of the reason is because they don't want the fucking liability and possible law suits that would be had if someone got in a serious accident on the way to school because they didn't cancel due to treacherous conditions.
closeing school for fucking 6 inces of white stuff what has this world come to i have to walk to school uphill each way in snow up to my sack with no shoes and we didnt complain about anything
