I have an opportunity to get these boots for a good price. my foot is fairly wide. it def. isnt narrow. do these boots fit alot like the old raichele felxons or can the accomadate for a wider foot. also, is it possible to blow out this type of boot and make usre it holds so that its suitable for a wider foot. thanks

not from what the buyers guides have said, but you should search far and wide to try them on before you buy -- if possible.

if you are gonna try them on, then what is the purpose of this thread?

The Kryptons fit a bit wider than the old Flexons, but they are definitely not a wide boot by any means.
Do try them on first so you don't make a mistake.

unless they improved the fit since last years release this boot was a mistake.

what are you talking about. i'd like to hear an explanation to this comment.
if you are talking solely about the shitty liners from last year, i agree, but that doesn't mean the boot was a 'mistake'
i logged probably 35 - 40 days in the stock liners last year and had very few complaints, except that they broke down pretty quickly. i now have a pair of thermoflexs in my kryptons and it's the best fit i've ever had.
