im 181cm tall 160lbs(70kg).Would 188 be too big? if yes i'll find something around 180cm. the two skis im looking @ are 188 Jp vs Julian and 179 Made'ns.If 188's too big i'll just take that off my list and get made'ns
I think you could go either way, if you're doing a lot of powder skiing and cliffs then I'd go for the 188's, if you're doing more park I'd do the 179's.
change of plans. im getting a Made'n as its more versatile. 189 or 179? i have 179 fujas which dont seem big or small. i really want inbetween. i want it be easy to manouvre around chutes ect. if i put a 189 @ +5 would i be ok? i dont want it to feel like im dragging a huge fucker of a ski around tunrs though
i got some 188 k2 axis xp's when i weighed like 170, I think if you're a strong skier, with a more central mount handling that amount of length is more possible. Skiing my k2's which are mounted on the suggested mark is much more difficult than anything that's been put out more recently in similiar lengths because there's way less tip.
it will feel longer, and it actually is a bit longer. the 179 Made'n is actually like 183-ish, and the 179 fujative is more around 179. If you hold them next to each other you can see it.
