According to this site, i can get two 1/4"x2'x10' sheets for $55+s&h. I worked in a resturant as the fry bitch last winter, and whenver i had to chop vegetables or anything, i thought that the cuttingboards would work great for a box topsheet. I priced some acrylic stuff at home depot, and it would've been like $80 for a 2x8 foot piece....what do you guys think about the cutting board stuff? would it hold up on a box???
