you know how credit card companies always send out those card applications. Fill one out in like your dogs name and let them try to collect from the dog. Dont know how it would work but whatever

lets say anonomyously and inferencly, subject A hands a stolen card to subject b and C , sub. A already used it a few days ago, sub. D watches and meets up with B and D , subject D tries the card for B&D and the card is reported as stolen, Subject B runs and gets away .

anyway to get caughht, if theyre wasnt a camera>?
