Replying to Beginner...

now..i'm preparing my first year for ns skies..
actually i'm a beginner of skies..
cause.. although i had been sking until 5years ago and after that time i've been skiboarding..
anyway...
does ns skies need good skill in sking?
i'm afriad that.. if i waste my this ski season to recover my sense of sking..
how do you think about it?
if anybody have same experience with me plz tell me about your opinion and how you were...
