Take off your pants and jacket

ive been searching for some jackets and pants for some time now and have narrowed it down. should i get the Oakley Link/Siver Hull/Quiksilver Mr. Hand jacket? Quiksilver the Johnson/ Siver Tactical or Pivital/ ?????? pants

I'm not a big fan of Siver stuff, especially for pants.
The way I see it, my pants should be my most durable piece of clothing (waterproofing and overall toughness). They come in contact with the snow, bindings and ski edges the most. Therefore I'm not going to want anything from Siver, whose waterproofing is pretty crappy, and material that has a history of not lating long. But i mean if your the kind of guy who buys new pants every year, then siver might be the way to go, cause their shit looks dope.
Jackets on the other hand, I'm willing to go with less quality and more looks. The 06' siver ten4 is awesome looking, and it has enough waterproofing to get me by (5,000 mm).
I'm not very familiar with the oakley stuff though man. So i'm not going to give you any 3rd person he said she said stuff.
My favorite outerwear is DNA though. Awesome quality and most of it looks rad too.
