snowboarding is a bigger industry, it doesnt suprise me very much. but yeah i saw the preview and it looked sick, i'll deff. go see it. but hopefully skiing gets a movie like that later on.

true, in our opinion. but look from a producers point of view, who would kids rather go see, skiing or snowboarding

I feel your pain T-roy but i've come to grips with the fact that the skiing industry is small, and the newschool niche is even smaller. I love skiing and will never quit until i'm too old or too broken to do so. To be honest with you it's probably a blessing that we don't have the marketing power that snowboarding does. You think we have a lot of gaypers and noobs crowding the hill now, just imagine if skiing were so much cooler. So what snowboarders are getting all the credit. So what that they're getting the big movies and what ever. Snowboarding is just the 'cool' thing to do now. It will fade and when it does hopefully I will still be skiing even if i'm the only one.

ya snowboarding is considered cool bc some ppl think skiings for fags....but now that all teh fags snowboard, skiing is gaining respect
