I was watching webmasters (a show about the porn industry and about strippers and shit, a real guy show on showcase) when they showed a stripped/pornstar named 'Tangerine Dream'. Either its a huge coincidence because this stripper was around for about 7 years and works in montreal or the makers of tangerine dream (the ski movie) know alot about her and liked her name. just thought id share.

none of those reasons are right.
The movie is named after the orange truck that the creator and his brother of TGR have been traveling in for many years and their dreams and how they've been fulfilled by making all these movies.. hence "Tangerine Dream".. but obviously the name was influenced of the band.
