Replying to TP'ing (aka Toilet papering)

i have no clue if anyone else does this on here but in our school its a big thing where you go around a throw toilet paper into other peoples trees and its pretty cool...and funny and most of the time people dont have a probalem with it...but the other night we went out and got this kid...our friend in one car did something stupid and went back and was caught apaerntly we were seen and they new there were three cars that were there...they called the cops and the sheriff came, everyones name was givin to the shariff and they are pressing charges...so the 4 kids who actually got caught had to go down to the station and get picked up and the others like me are at home waiting for a call...we got the house with like 12 rolls...it was a just use up the rolls house after we nailed one before with 102 rolls...and the charges are...Littering, Criminal Tresspassing(no clue what the criminal is) and Dissorderly Conduct (is that even possible) and i want to know if this can actually go through...and is there some rule if they dont call within 72 hours they wont call? ... also couldnt we get them for jumping into my friends car window and endangering they're lives? and for tresspassing on his property ( his car) reply please
