just a tip if you want a speedy recovery...ice for 15 minutes, stay off it as much as possible (cruches...even if it doesnt hurt to walk, i'd use cruches)..get in comfy shoes, dont wear sandels... wear the boot if the doc gives it to you.
huntachick--running on tredmills is bad for you, run on some grass or dirt roads...get shoes that give you arch support rather than cushin...arch support is key! I personally have new balance 833's...nike's could possibly be the worst running shoe...you will feeel a huge difference with the arch support.
i'm gunna have to say shut up because i'm out for six months due to shoulder surgery, there goes my season. i mean it sucks that you're out for a month except the season hasn't even started, you'll miss two weeks MAYBE
yeah tread mills are bad shit. Lots of people use them cuz they jsut want to watch TV and workout, but running is way better for you. Wellpavement is pritty rough on the body but grass is good stuff.
sweet my leg is getting better because of this electro magnetic thing that shocks the fracture and makes it heal faster. i should be skiing in a week or longer
