ok so i was looking at a hole pile of other shin splint/bang threads and i couldnt find one about wat im gunna ask so ya. would it be better on shin splints/bang with softer skis so when you land backseat it would have a bit more give rather than just punching out your shin on a hard ski that isnt realy flexable?

hit your shins with a bamboo pole...100x a day every day until ski season starts...

it also helps if you dont ride on ice all the time just like running in the grass instead of the sidewalk

at high north this year after like 2 days my shins started getting bruised on them and my entire shin was one whole bruise by the time i was done. and i found buckling them loose helped and stuffing the fuck out of them with foam, and i also took about 12 tylonol a day.

land switch, and i've heard that booster straps are pretty good. you can also get memory foam which goes in the tongue of your boot.
or you could switch to tele, i've never gotten shinbang!

Tighten your boots, wear volley ball pads on your shins.

just don't land on your heels and you will never have a prob... all that crap is from not landing on your the balls of your feet.. this works even better if you land in the tranny

i have booster staps and they work real well. also if i start to get sore, i just go switch the rest of the day. it helps alot with learning switch, shingbang is a blessing in disguise.
