Snowboarding in ski movies Good or Bad

I have been checking out a lot of recent ski movies and i have noticed that a few of them have snowboarding segments in them, such as the hit list and Pop Yer Bottlez. I personally don't really mind it to much, but it does irritate me when i want to watch a sick ski movie and all of a sudden its a snowboarder.

i think its cool i respect them... i mean if its suppose to be a skiing movie and like half of it is snowboarding then id be pissed but some small segs r cool

i think its a change. skiing and snowboarding is all the same thing. its kinda cool how the two styles have merged though.

Given that you have over 3000 posts, I assume you have been skiing for multiple years. One needs skis to ski on. I'm sure that you have bought at least one ski setup during this time that you could have easily forgone and bought a snowboard setup instead.

there whole sport is based on tricks and freestlye hence the old term "snowboard park." there so much far ahead of us and trendier and shit. fun to have snowboarding in ski movies just not overdone

exactly. A ski movie should still be a ski movie, but I enjoy watching some snowboarding as well. I would also LOVE a movie produced by Teddybear Crisis and Robot Food together, featuring skiers and boarders.

There couls be movies that have both, BUT when I want to buy a movie with only skiing, thatäs what I want, unless there's a couple shots of travis Rice doing 300ft logty 180's or something.
