Get the DNA cake pant. I just got them with a 32 in wais and I'm 5'8. They have a 10,000 waterproof rating and the seem pretty durable. Eventhough I got lucky and found them at a ski shop you can get them on www.jibij.com

^ thats were i got the Cake pant, and Josh hooked me up with a great deal. They are such nice pants to. I got the larges and they have the right amount of steeze in them.
