I live there on the weekends. Check out Breck's park for sure. It's impressive.

its a little further east, but def hit up winter park/jane. if u work 4 copper, then youll have a free season pass to there 2, which is only more reason 2 check it out. plus jane/park def get the best snow on i70, excluding maybe vail.

winter park for an underrated awsome park, mary jane for a riduclues amount of the craziest mougals u have ever seen, snowmass for a great all around mountain (if u can afford it) crestted butte for some of the best backcountry u can find and way cheaper then aspen highlands

^snowmass and the butte r awesome resorts with some really nice terrain, but they r pretty far away (yes, even snow mass is quite a haul). if you want a long day trip at an amazing resort, hit the road and head for steamboat colorado, arguably one of the best resorts in the state.

Hey man, I worked at Copper up until July, you'll have a good time if you've never been out west. It's in a great spot, close enough to breck, abasin, keystone and vail if you want to switch it up now and then. Honestly though the "village" at copper isn't all that great a few bars/restaurants but go to breck or frisco.
Employee housing is kinda shitty b/c the rooms are super small and dont have kitchens, but cheap nonetheless. good luck!

I thought copper was alot more fun than breck, sure breck has a better park but coppers was still dope. Plus ou didnt have as many texans laying all over the slopes like at breck and the terrain wasnt as flat as brecks. Copper actually had some good shit to ski outside the park.
