ANYONE KNOW HOW TO EDIT MP3??

you gotta convert it to a wav file, then use a sound editing program like soundforge or cool edit pro to edit the wav file.

in winamp, i think under output, if you set it to diskwriter, it will convert the mp3 to wav

its gonna be hard to improove the quality of an mp3, once its been compressed into a lower quality its pretty much stuck, as for editing you can do simple basic stuff with a free program calle EZ-mp3-edit
the magazine is called 'POWDER' cool! - my stupid non-skiing friend

yeah you couldnt improve quality you could only edit it and stuff with programs like that

i know probably this has been already answered but i'll give it a try anyway...

convert your file to a wav file using CoolEdit which can be downloaded from www.tucows.com. After you can add stuff or removes noises... And reconvert it after!
