Semi-urban sessions.

so...as we all know, its october. which means skiing very soon for alot of us and already here for a few lucky ones. theres a phenomenon that happens up here in whistler at this time of year...competition for ice arena snow. so today we're going to hit this cool little flat-down my buddy made in metal work last year. we're doing this at the ice arena cause we're lacking a truck or anything else to haul snow. so i get there to scope it out and see what we have to work wiht...and we run into...i shit you not, two other groups scoping the same miniature patch of snow. on ewas 3 snowboarders and the other was two skiers. plus our group of three skiers. does this happen anywhere else? its insane...
