this is a really good idea as long as they pick a good design. There are some really talented design people in this world. I would enter if i wasnt so bogged down right now and i figure there is mosdef people who are better at this then me.

i hate the pallete. I wish it came in like layers. Right now i have to cut out the outline of the skis, which is such a pain in the ass.

yo dude if you're using photoshop, just select all white color and delte, then you've got a layer with just the outline of the skis.

Fuck Rossignol I designed their ski for this year. They stole that shit from me. A while back on NS I posted I wanted to paint my old skis black with caution tape on the tips and a chalk outline of a person on the bases. I never actually got around to it, but a year later that is exactly rossi's design... weak shit. THey should give me some credit. And I'm not joking either, someone must remember that thread

he just said he made a thread about his skis that he wanted to make then rossi made his idea for his skis this past year. i don't remeber his thread, and told him to find it and post it

select bar at top> select color range; either just eye dropper the white, or select highlights. i bet you could even use the magic wand, just set tollerance to 0.

hey thanks, the magic wand worked. I didnt have that select color range button. Maybe we have different versions. Ive never used the magic wand before, i always wondered what it was for.
