I want answers now damnit. Actually I really don't care, but I figured there would be a formal explantion. At least that's what I heard from credible sources.

i loved the movie about the prophet, that ski is so damn big. i liked the movies about each skier. that probably took the most time and was probably the reason the site took so long.

He didnt axe the team. Most parted ways because of contract negotiations which both sides couldn't agree on. He didn't call them up and fire them. You ignorant fucks are starting to piss me off.

WHo cares!! It doesnt make line any less of a company for dropping/letting go of some of their riders. They still make kick ass stuff.

^Agreed. I'm still buying the invaders. I was just curious and wasn't in the loop with the whole J Lev radio show.

the j lev interview didn't explain anything about axing the team, just answers with no substance like "so and so and line just had different directions to move in"

That's it. I was going to buy another set of Lines this year, but Jason doesn't feel having a big team is good for the company right now. I'm never buying their skis again. A small team surely means their product is total garbage...

yea fuck line. they lost coker and they lost me as a customer. their skis suck cuz they have a team i dont agree with. i am smarter than j and say hes an idiot for dropping all the sick riders. they are all dummy heads.

I really hope you're joking. Coker even said that line makes a sick ski but they couldn't afford to pay him what he wanted. The team doesn't affect the product in any way other than who has a pro-model.

all that shit Levinthal made up in those interviews was a pretty way of saying:
"we are broke as fuck cause our binding, and our company as a whole was a miserable faliure. We can't afford to pay these people to be on our team, so they are cut. Now we are gonna make cheap shit in china, and sell it over the internet in a last ditch attempt to try and save our sorry ass ski board company."

I think its more like:
"we're tight on money this winter, because our work on a binding system way ahead of anything else out there is taking time to perfect. We feel, instead of paying out large sums of cash to our team of riders, our money would be better spent on improving our product and service for you guys, the people who ride the skis."
