wat is a program that is easy to use (don't need to be all hightech and shit) for just putting clips together and adding music basicly thats all i need to do

if you have windows xp you should have it already. but yah its free off of microsofts web site.

Windows Movie Maker or Pinnacle Studio DV. regardless of people's biased opinions of either, both are excellent programs for what you seem to want to do. There are many more too, you just have to look around for them.

Windows movie maker blows. Pinnacle studio is a good program though
