yeah rail builder c-box is tight, other wise, take ur wood to the sauna and get ready to build it in the lobby

it can be done without steaming.. just stage the wood at graduating angles. An alternate mothod would be to use ribbing and curving the plywood instead. (the way they build skate QP's).
