You know as much as i hate liberal freaks that dont seem to sympathize with victims of 9/11 and dont endorse the eye for an eye idea as i do, i still have to laugh. i love bush, but man he is out to kill...its hilarious reading the headlines cause he seriously is itching to the bone to go to war with saddam. ever move the iraq take seems to be a reason to bomb the hell out of them. its great. if they scratch their backs bush thinks they are signaling an attack on the world. its pretty funny. go bush.

The budget is what goes toward things for the people like social programs and infrastructure, or like you say, should. It doesnt always seem to be that way however, because the Canadian government seems to be good at wasting on such awesome things like the super duper magic Kyoto accord and its implementation. Or the Gun Registration Law which is so umcomprehindlby (sp) stupid to begin with, and it went from costing a few million to 2 billion. Yeaaaaaaaahhh.

Whether you know it or not, and most of you dont seem to, the US government is actually less authoritarian then Canadas and is more about the people.
