umm, has anyone seen craig coker's segment in shanghai six? it fucking rocks. guaranteed levinthal's kicking himself in the nuts right now for dropping coker from the team. i bet the only thing that cheers him up is freebasing ground up reactor bindings while watching SB3: Tales from the crew.
Them dropping Coker should hurt. He repped them so well and promoted line constantly and for Jay to add that dig directed towards coker in his interview was crap. His part in shanghai was very sick and he will prove to line AND orage (who gave him a bullshit deal) that he deserves more. Go coker!
yea, there is a reason behind it. and it isnt becuase line sucks or something like that. Line kicks ass, and will continue to. Having lots of pros skiiers does not make a ski any better.
i honestly feel that line has lost their "rider owned/operated" core vibe. no doubt they are still making great products but they arent the company they used to be. mainly because of their sucess. they just got more money and are able to go in alot of different directions now. but i didnt think iwould ever see mike nick and skogen or wilson ever ski for anyone else and those dudes made that company what it is today.
im gonna make a guess and say he didnt drop coker. like all pros they need to make some money to live. coker founda better deal and he did what anyother pro would have done
