How are the Dalbello Kryptons

they hold the foot real well , apperently the new ones tanner help designed are softer

but are normal ones heavy?

This is great because we all have the same size foot and its the same shape too. go to a ski shop and get fitted. Some companies fit some feet and some dont. Dont get um just cuz tanners has them get them if they fit your feet. Ski equip forum.

I'm not the best boot reviewer, but I bought the Flexons last spring and they're about a million times better than my old orange tecnica racing boots, for freeriding anyway. I'm pretty light and the flexons seem to have just the right amount of give for freeriding - pretty stiff when you're skiing something hairy but very easy to flex when you're stomping a hard landing. I give them two thumbs up.

see if they fit your foot, my friend is sponsored but he has differnt feet than most people, other people have told me they feel like buckets and they blow ass, but they ahve diff. feet soo..

i just bought a pair. They are so sick. Before I get going note that I bought the Krypton Pro which is stiffer and has a more dense shell than the cross, I weigh 190 so they don't feel that stiff to me at all. The first thing you notice is that once you get your foot in the boot grabs it like a firm handshake, it really felt as though i was one with the boot. They are so amazingly comfortable if you have the right foot type. I wear a size thirteen shoe, but my foot is relatively narrow for its length, so I've had a lot of trouble in the past finding a boot that is long enough in the toe, and that grabs my foot. My toe doesn't hit the end at all, but it gets held back in place by the lycra (elastic material) that the liner is made of. So if you have a narrow foot, the Krypton is ideal. This is the first boot I have ever tried on that had zero hot spots the whole time I wore it in the store. The flex is amazingly smooth and consistent, and unlike other boots, the ankle area doesn't seem to cave in on your foot when you flex em. They seem pretty light to me but Im not really concerned with weight. So all in all, having never skied them before, I recommend that you go to the Dalbello site, find a dealer, and get these boots on your feet. They aren't even that expensive. The Pros cost me 499 and the Crosses would have been 399, if you know much about good boots this really isn't a huge deal considering the fact that your boots are your single most vital piece of equipment. i had dalbelo once and just broke it! can you believe it? broke it! probably their was a default in the shoe, but i can't trust them anymore

well, that does suck, but these are sick. I was skiing with my old man once and his boots just started falling apart, first the cuff and then the rest followed suit.

I got the krypton cross and they feal super good/ light and have a really nice design so modfying them is easy, I'm yet to ski on them but the feal really good on my foot
