why snow days own you

thats right snow days own you and everyone you know.....you know why??

1) no school
2) you get a whole day to ski without huge crowds
3) there is a foot or more of fresh pow outside
4) did i mention there is snow outside??

so if your smart....which i hope you are you should prolly go get yourself a snow day....im goin skiin!! later!!

I have a snow day today, but I couldn't go skiing. I didn't want to drive through the lake effect, its hell, and I have to work later when the snow is supposed to let up.

SUPilot, if you've ever lived in Buffalo, you'd know that no matter how good the skiing is, you stay away from Lake Effect snowbands. Often have snowfall rates of over 4 inches an hour in them. Which is absolutey TERRIBLE for driving.

lol.....i do live in buffalo. it never has stopped me. my school would constantly cancel the ski club bus cause the weather was so bad. even when they canceled the ski club bus we would load up the vehicles and drive to resort anyways to ride some nice snow. if your a good driver and you got 4wd then lake effect cant stop you.

i shoulda had a snowday today, i had like a foot outside, but we still had it. It snowed all day too, but i walk to school. mom wouldnt let me drive down to holiday though so i had to build a hit in my local park. good time

our school hasn't had a snow day in 15 odd years...and its in NH, we get a decent amount of snow. Remember that ice storm a couple years ago, every school for 50 miles was closed and we still had it.

right now in washington, we have no snow. but we'll usually ge tlike one snowday where school's canceled. then we drive up to our area nad camp there overnight. no one comes up and its powder and backcountry hits every time

snow days suck, especially in school. first of all, we lose all of our vactions after christmas, which makes the long weeks of january even longer. also, it takes down the damn power lines, cause me to have to dry wax my skis

we had a snow day yesterday an dmy dad called to see if i wanted to skip school and go skiing today , but my mom wouldn't let him talk to me, and didn't tell me he called until later that night
