Get the new Nano I-Pods if you are going to ride with it. Because it uses a flash drive instead of a hard drive it will not break.

what you should REALLY do is
get yourseld a big ol' set of turntables, and make a strap to put behind your neck, and then you can make/mix your own music as you walk around!
what fun!
oh and tape the speakers from your dads stereos to your ears! you'll have the biggest headphones around.

yeah dude, my friend has a juke box, and they are really big, and bulky, and much less organized than an ipod, I love my ipod, i've landed on it sooo much and left it in the rain on night, it still works perfect, I'd pay twice its cost for this little magic box

the screen is tiny
i cant ever imagine having a video (even porn) that i wanted to watch so badly that i would carry it around in my pocket. and even if i did it would probably be a real movie, and i wouldnt want to watch it on that.

ive had both the dell dj and the ipod, go with the ipod, so much easier to use and it doesnt break as often as the dells do.

you cant go wrong with either, dell makes a great music player and so does apple. oh yea the new ipod only plays shows and clips. you cant put actual movies on it and the screen is a bit small....
