i heard they are really good...my friend has them and he loves them...i had 912 tis on my skis and they would get loose all the time...i am pretty heavy though so that might not be the case with all 912s...my next binding are gonna be the rossi scratch...
i bought them because of the great price, but when i got them in my hand i wasn't that impressed, the heel piece is incredibly heavy, and the mounting length is very long. found 914's for the same price so i returned them. Not a bad binding, obviously more forward pressure, the heel piece really snaps down. I haven't skied them so i can't say much.
I just got them on my skis. they look pretty strong. I heard that they have the same elastic travel as the older pivots except they have more forward pressure and are safer.
anyone spent any decent amount of time skiing these new bindings yet? As in a couple full days? Any experience would help...I am in the market for three sets of bindings and am seriously looking at these...thanks
I have skied the PX 12 demo a bunch last season(10+ days). I am going to ride them on all my new skis. Never once popped out of them. Same elastic travel as pivot, but lighter. How can you go wrong?
they actually have more elastic travel than the Pivots...I am ordering 3 pairs of the Axial2 140 Ti's...my shop gave me a price of 219 per pair which is better than any where on the internet plus they will mount them for 15 each forever if I buy them there
